Motley Crew Bakery and Catering provides a supportive environment for individuals to receive on-the-job training through Bean’s Cafe’s Streets to Success Program and its comprehensive support services. Motley Crew empowers individuals to undertake what is often their first “real” job, this successful program has developed into a pipeline, creating strong leaders who, in turn, mentor others and can confidently proclaim, “I’ve been where you are, and I know you can do it.”
All proceeds go directly to house, feed, and clothe our catering students who are rebuilding their lives in our Bean’s Cafe kitchen. Our program is free of charge and through their own efforts, our students become self-sufficient.
We are fully funded by our own hard work.
